In his series "PERSUIT OF FLOW" Picker delves into the enigmatic concept of "flow". Questioning how stages of flow appear, whether flow can be planned and sustained and exploring the interplay between spontaneity and planning. What triggers the state of "flow"? This question reverberates not only in the conceptual foundation of his work but also manifests in the symbiotic creation process.

The concept of "flow" is a paradox of existence, a state (creatively and mentally) that embodies both creativity and energy, yet paradoxically, it also signifies transience. It is a condition one endeavors to sustain.

Being in flow is the core force for development and progress. Despite its inherent impermanence, there is an anticipation of being driven by a impulsive force and creativity. It is not solely for these reasons that flow is perceived as a spiritual state of creation.

The artist reminds us that every level of flow has its place and is worthy of being represented. Picker tackles the acceptance of different states of flow, highlighting a straightforward truth - expectation doesn't fuel the creative flow.

Picker situates relationships of color and the role of fluidity at the core of his artistic inquiry. Delving into various states of color flows, happening in a symbiosis of planning and spontaneous intuition - in flow - he uses different techniques inspired by early abstractionists to create multi layered compositions.

His works encapsulate the essence of the Berliner 20s—impulsive, exaggerated, emotive, at times fragile, yet at their core uncompromisingly propelled forward.

In times of monumental shifts ("Gesellschaftliche Zeitenwende") - his work becomes a poignant exploration of how we navigate change, offering insights and pathways through the vivid narratives embedded in his canvases.
